One year ago was the last day I saw Vivian. I remember just poking my head in the room and seeing that she was sleeping and Wayne she hadn't been feeling well and wasn't awake a whole lot. This week has resurfaced a lot of memories of that time and also just missing her being around.

I ran into the surgeon who did her adrenal surgery and told him that she had passed away last year but that she had really liked him and appreciated his care. He appreciated the update, but it gives body and fullness to her memory when others who knew her can be triggered to remember.

We will be thinking about you Wayne (and the rest of the fam)
